This is Oaselle’s Salon Apprentice program where our highly trained and licensed assistants take the floor and work on their skill set. These assistants have been trained under Nicole Frances and Katerina. The advantage of our model Mondays is that you as a client get to enjoy the Oaselle experience with a discounted price and under the supervision of Nicole and Katerina.

A two hour master class facilitated by owners of Salon Oaselle, Nicole Frances, Ekaterina Grishanina, and Occasional guest artists. This is a theory and demo seminar to help hairdressers grow within their craft and business.

Nicole And Katerina’s Approach to successful hairstyling for both the Client and stylist.
With Nicole and Katerina’s Techniques they have discovered a whole new way of hairdressing. Their concepts cater to the client who doesn’t have much time to sit in a salon chair and to the stylist who can take multiple clients in one day optimizing the potential of financial freedom.
For the client:
In our modern world today most women have limited time to pamper themselves, Limited time to go to the salon and spend hours in the chair. With Nicole and Katerina’s techniques they have discovered a way to get the client in and out of the salon so the client can carry on with their demanding and busy lives. With low maintenance “vivait” techniques the maintenance requires the client to visit the salon only 4 times a year (rebooking every 3 months.)
For the stylist:
In a world where competition is fierce and inflation is on the rise, how can we as stylists set ourselves apart, experience financial freedom, and become successful?
Nicole and Katerina have mastered these three components and are passionate about educating other stylists on how to achieve the same results. Their system is designed to start seeing immediate results behind the chair whether your commission, renting, or a salon suite owner.
